Agenda 2013: Brands on the Rise

BrandsOnTheRise_2

As the Agenda Show has come to a close, I was able to see some of my favorite brands, as well as the up and comers, to get a look at some unreleased products for the 2014 Fall/Spring Season. There was a lot of dope gear, and a lot of brands that I wish never existed. From graphic tees, snapbacks and 5-panels, hoodies, sneakers, button-up shirts, backpacks and more, each brand brought something unique to the table. Even with this, there were only a few brands that really stood out to me as they look to breakthrough into the 2014 Season. Below is my list (in no particular order) of my favorite up and coming brands for the 2014 Fall/Spring Season.

4. Unyforme

unyforme

Unyforme is a dope new contemporary menswear label that provides classic apparel for the man with streetwear style. Each piece features a slim, true-to-fit cut at super affordable prices. Unyforme has a special surprise coming up, as they are soon to release a limited edition collab with Chicago’s LDRS1354.

3. The Decades Hat Co.

TheDecades

The Philadelphia-based brand has lots of new hats on the horizon. All of the 5-panel caps feature simple color blocking and modest designs. The Decades Hat Co. stays away from the trendy camo and floral designs that every other headwear brand revolves around. The Decades is different and I respect them for that.

2. Og Fuego

OGFuego

Straight out of New York, OG Fuego, is definitely on the come up. The brand makes simple, classic pieces with my favorite for sure being the new wave graphic, coming in both tees, tanks and snapback hats. OG Fuego is also ready to release its new star basketball shorts, which are perfect for summer. And not to be forgotten, OG Fuego has taken the lighter game to a whole new level. Stay tuned!

1. CLSC

CLSC

It’s always good to see local LA brands doing their thing, and CLSC is quickly on the rise. After selling out the signature Sucks to Suck jersey, CLSC has lots of dope gear to come in the upcoming season. Definitely looking forward to see how the brand progresses, so look out for CLSC to make some noise with its new release.
